Question about Jaybird X3
When I used my new X3 for the first time, I immediately noticed a slight noise in the headphones. Is this normal? Or is it the fault of the user/headphones?

Without it is probably the "normal" noise when you cover your ears? With it depends on the user or the headphones. I don't have any noise or anything like that with my X3. I think the sound is great.
Have you tried it with different devices (mobile phone, laptop, tablet,...) and does it always have the same noise?
Did you get rid of it? I have the same problem with mine...
