I only used the speakers in connection with my PC. They are connected directly via the 3.5 jack cable. The use of Bluetooth is secondary for me and I have therefore not had any experience with it.

I would recommend asking Logi-tech support. They are very helpful. They haven't been able to solve my problem yet (as soon as I turn on/power up the unit, it makes very loud starting noises), but at least someone is taking care of it-I get an update on my problem almost daily.
