When I connect the screen using the USB C cable supplied, it does not work. The connector on the screen that says PC. It looks like a different USB connector than the familiar USB C or the old USB connector. It looks bigger. Do I need to buy a special USB to USB C cable?

Helpful answer

the USB C port at the back of the screen is between the DisplayPort (DP) and the port labelled "PC".
However, your computer must also support a USB-C connection in a version that enables video transmission (at least USB-C 3.1).
If your computer does not have such a USB-C port, I recommend connecting via DP

I connected this screen using USB C - USB C PC monitor and everything worked perfectly - screen, sound, camera and microphone.
