What is this all about honestly, I've been waiting since the beginning of last month and we've been postponing the shipment over and over again - what is the point of the customer service which has also helped 0%. I was given a date that will be delivered on Sunday, of course. Yesterday it said that it is andang august and now end of august wtf....

Hello, sorry to hear this. I ordered mine on Friday and received it on Saturday, plus the box is a must have. Simply great!
But why don't you get in touch with the telephone support?

Ordering and collection in KRIENS worked out very well.
