Hello, I use this device (repeater) in a flat where there is a metal lift shaft. The room where the computers are located is opposite the place where the wifi router is installed. Since the installation of this router, the wifi reception is optimal in the whole flat. The distance between the router and the computers is about 20 meters through the metal cage. I am finally satisfied with the wifi reception.
