What is the difference with this product? https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/nzxt-f120-rgb-3-er-pack-120-mm-3-x-pc-luefter-23545723 With the exception that the title says "DUO", I can't see one? Is there a difference? And why the price difference?

The difference is in the model of fans included with the product, for this model there are 3 x RGB Duo fans with 20 individually addressable RGB LEDs and the double sided lighting makes any colour scheme visible from any angle, while the second product includes 3x "standard RGB fans", and the specifications of the product along with the supplier offering it affects the final price of the product
