What is the difference between this motherboard and the same one without WI-FI? And would I need to do a BIOS update if I use a ryzen 9 5950x?

Well, you've already answered the first question yourself. The one with WIFI has WLAN and Bluetooth, the other does not.
You can't be completely sure about the BIOS. It may well be that a current version is already on it, but it may also need an update. But that shouldn't be a problem, because the BIOS can be done directly via USB and without a processor.
