What is the difference between this model (QE43LS03A) and the model GQ43LS03AAUXZG (also available at Digitec)? Is there a difference, and if so, do they also affect the One Connect Box?

The functions are the same. The difference is the power cable supplied. The power cable supplied with the GQ43LS03AAUXZG model is a German power cable and with this model it is a Swiss power cable.
