As far as I know, there are no differences, which would only apply to the LTE version of the watch (which is not the issue here).
I can only imagine that Digitec might offer an import version here, which might not include a German-language instruction manual or something.
With such a price difference, I would opt for the NON-CH, because in the end you get the same product with the same warranty conditions.
