Helpful answer

One is a Swiss import and benefits from the 3 year garantie and the cheaper one is an EU import and only has 2 years garantie (in principle), otherwise they are identical!

chrisandroger's answer is correct, "Swiss import" means that the lens is sold by Nikon Switzerland, the other lens is sold by another source - with slightly different warranty conditions...
