If the membrane variant means a kind of pressure-sensitive screen with keyboard image, I bought the chiclet variant with individual hardware keys in order not to have to do without the haptic key feeling on the smartphone (Galaxy) next to it. And the keyboard is perfectly suited for this purpose; it is also not too bulky. It takes some time to set it up correctly until all the letters of the (Swiss) keyboard are entered correctly on the smartphone.
