Body = only the camera without lens

EU stands for import.
It is the same product but not directly from the manufacturer. It is therefore imported from somewhere.

If you don't know what you want and don't have any Canon lenses yet, then I would recommend the KIt. You can start there and then realise later what you're still missing.
You can't take photos with the body alone.
