What does Direct LED mean? I'm a bit confused... Direct LED only means that the LEDs are arranged directly behind the panel, but not how they are arranged. Basic LED and Full Array LED are also Direct LED, but differ in the arrangement or quantity of LEDs. So what is installed in this TV? The manufacturer's website only says Direct LED, but maybe someone here knows more.

A Direct LED TV has the LEDs arranged behind the panel, but there are limits to how well the LED light can be used to dim TV pictures, as there are usually not many individually dimmable zones. With very high-priced devices, you can expect more dimming zones. If you look at the prices of OLED TVs, it is often not worth buying a low-priced model with Direct LED today. An OLED 65-inch TV is already available from 1099 francs, okay that's more than 859, but with OLED you get the technology where each of the many pixels can be dimmed individually and the picture quality doesn't suffer when watching films, which on a mid-range Direct LED inevitably can't react optimally to what's happening on the screen. I would recommend this device, it is entry level OLED, but the devices are worlds better than a mid-range Direct LED device.
