What are the differences between: Panasonic KX-TG681EXB, KX-TG671EXB and KX-TG661EXB ? Can I use a KX-TGA681EXB as a DECT handset with a Fritzbox router / DECT base station?

They are simply different models with slightly different functions. The KX-TGA681EXB can be connected to a Fritzbox, but I recommend using an AVM handset, e.g. art. no. 5776809.
