In my experience, Digitec has always solved this problem by refunding the full purchase price if the product is no longer available.
However, I would ask Digitec support if this is really the case.

I had a warranty claim on my headphones 5 weeks ago. Just at the time Libratone went bankrupt. After three weeks I got a new product from Digitec.
