What about the ink drying out when you don't use the printer for a long time?
With inkjet printers, I generally recommend printing something at least once a month so that this does not happen.
PS: It is not (only) the problem that the ink itself dries out (i.e. in the container), but the residual ink on/in the ink head.
I've had the printer for over a year and have never had any problems, although I'm sure there have been several weeks in a row where nothing has printed.
I have only had the printer for about a month, so I have no experience of the ink drying out.
I agree with Brimstone's answer. Since a printout is hardly a problem given the low price of the ink, the occasional printout of a few pages (emails, websites, recipes) is no longer a problem for me. Otherwise, this printer also has utilities (up to a high-pressure ink flush) that help clean the nozzles.
