Question about Xplora X6Play eSIM

We have this model, but the watch can be located maybe 5-6 times out of the 10 times we want to locate it. The other times the watch cannot be located. We have to restart the watch regularly and even then it is not guaranteed that the locating function will work that day. Have you also had experiences like this, or have I received a Monday model?

It works quite well for us. But you have to be aware that GPS only works outdoors. If you are indoors, the receiver usually receives no signal from the satellites. The position is then calculated approximately on the basis of previous data, if this is available. In addition, the receiver on the Explora is not the best. It's not as precise as you might be used to from a smartphone and I've also noticed that it doesn't always receive the signal when tracking, even when the watch is outdoors. I just don't think there's more to it for the price.
