We had the 42x with the option of predefining 5 standard response sentences on the watch using the TCL application. We don't have this option with the 46x. Is this feasible?

No, this function is not available for the MT46X. You can send a voice message, an emoji or a photo in the chat function. It is also possible to send text messages to the watch in the app. There are no saved standard sentences.
