The Nuki Smart Lock Pro (5th Gen) EU cylinder can also be mounted on many Swiss Kaba cylinders, but only with restrictions. An adapter set is required for classic Swiss round cylinders (e.g. from Nuki), as the lock is designed for Euro profile cylinders as standard. It is also important that the cylinder has an emergency and danger function (i.e. can be operated from the inside and outside at the same time) and protrudes by approx. 3 mm on the inside. Without an adapter, the Smart Lock can only be used directly with Euro Profile cylinders that already fit.
