Question about UE Wonderboom
Unfortunately, I have a volume problem. It does not adopt the settings from the tablet. As soon as I connect it, the music sounds EXTREMELY loud from the Wonderboom. It's just very unreliable and I don't even dare to connect it in the morning. Sometimes it's ok and then suddenly it's mega loud again, even though it's quiet on the tablet. The volume control shoots up directly after the connection. Wonderboom was not connected to any other device and nothing was changed. What can help?

🤔 Hmm - I am not aware of the problem. Are there other devices connected to the W-Boom? Is the W-Boom switched on all night long? Mine turns off after a while without a signal 🤔!
Have you ever tried a reset? → 1) Switch on the Wonderboom as usual until the power up sound is heard 2) Disconnect the paired devices or do not connect them 3) Hold the power on/off and volume down buttons together/simultaneously for five to eight seconds: W-boom tone "sounds". Reset finished. → Afterwards, the devices must be paired again (your tablet).

I cannot confirm this behaviour. My Wonderboom saves the set volume when it is switched off and starts up again exactly the same way when it is switched on. I do not change the volume of my laptop or mobile phone. The volume is set to about 60% and remains at that level after the Wonderboom is switched on. I only change the volume on the Wonderboom afterwards if necessary. I can only explain the problem with the tablet. I would assume that is where the problem is.
