Two months ago I bought an ASUS computer. According to ASUS, if the box was opened, the warranty is no longer valid. What is the point of an 'expansion slot' without opening it?
In principle, extensions to the PC should not affect the warranty. Only if this is not done correctly could the warranty be refused. However, certain manufacturers have adhesive seals on their PCs and, according to them, the warranty will be refused if the seal is broken. However, this varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
