Totally disappointed with the screen frame. I find the illustrations very misleading. According to the illustration, the frame is only a few mm wide, which was an absolute purchase criterion. When switched on, the display creates an approx. 8mm black frame, which cannot be remedied even with the monitor setting. How can this be explained?

Hi all, I have the same problem. Once a Macbook Pro and once a Window 10 PC with the native resolution of 3440x1440 connected via HDMI, both times the same edge...unattractive, will probably return it...
