We had created the article with the information we had received from the manufacturer before the release. We have already adjusted the specifications accordingly and we will remove the incorrect image. If you place an order due to misinformation, our customer service team will be happy to find a solution. We would like to thank you for the advice and apologise for the inconvenience!

A cooler is actually NOT included in the scope of delivery. So I did not receive what I bought, even though it explicitly states that a cooler is included and there is also one in the product picture.

Are you sure it doesn't come with a cooler? As Danielfilat wrote, it is explicitly included in the scope of delivery.

But the scope of delivery says "cooler"...
