To all the "pros" on this topic.... I have a duplex flat and my router is on the lower floor. I will install my gaming PC on the upper floor (without LAN connection). Will Powerline help me here (the PC has a WLAN connection and gets through with good bandwidth and 9ms ping). Many thanks for your tips. :)

I have the same situation, router in the office downstairs, family with laptops in the living room and upstairs away. Since the installation of Devolo, WLan coverage upstairs has become much better. However, it partly depends on which other electrical devices are installed in the house, and depending on that, there can be interference and failures. It has been working perfectly for a few months now.
