I’ve used these screws on several different names and models of hard drives, even pulled apart WD drives to do so.
The reason I use these particular screws is that the distance on the QNAP NAS mounting trays are very tight (distance is very small between tray bottom and slide rail is NAS) and these fit perfectly and don’t catch or stop the tray from being inserted.
Depending on what you need this may work - I have used it on Samsung EVO 850 however can’t say for others.
