The weight is not a problem. If the PC has a VESA adapter/mount, everything is easy. If there is no VESA mount, attaching it is of course tricky.

the bracket can hold anything. Ergotron would like to sell extensions, so there are additional bracket heads. I have had my 49 inch for over a year, no problem.
