The title and the technical specifications state that it is a Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) camera. In the description and also on the manufacturer's page it is mentioned that it is HD (720p)! What exactly is it? Thank you.

In my opinion, it is a 1920 resolution when I look at the quality.
Unfortunately, I can't say for sure, otherwise I'd have to unscrew it.
I can only say, brilliant quality

According to the technical specifications where you also linked under Downloads, the Kanera only performs 72Op (1280x720) and therefore does not have Full HD! Please Digitec Team can you check this is correct? https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files...
