The SSD T7 Touch seems to be suitable neither for an iPad of the latest generation nor for a MacPro. The software to be installed cannot be installed at all on the iPad and it is no longer recognised on the desktop Mac once the software has been installed. It can be used as an HD but the fingerprint sensor cannot, which was actually the reason for buying this model. Is it possible to get the sensor to work or have I once again thrown a fufzger out of the window? Thanks

Now it works, you can only configure the sensor on the desktop Mac (or maybe Android) and then the sensor also works with the iPad.

It works perfectly for me with a MacBook Pro. I was able to install SW well and the fingerprint sensor also works perfectly. I'll have to try it on my iPad.
