The remote control supplied does not respond properly in the Netflix app, which makes navigation virtually impossible. Does anyone know what the problem is?

In the German user manual, it was written that a mouse is also required for the Netflix app in order to navigate.

We connected the beamer with a Bluetooth mouse. Awkward, but at least it worked.
