The product is decalibrated and compatible with Windows 10. The supplied backup software does not recognise the storage medium. If you google this problem a bit, you will notice that this hard drive is NOT compatible with Windows 10. Support has no solution for this problem. Can I return this hard drive?

I bought this hard drive in january 2020 - it works perfectly with windows10 and also with windows7.

Hello Kollermoni, does a new drive appear in Win10 when you connect it? If not, check in the disk management if the hard disk is listed.

The hard drive runs perfectly on Windows 10. I bought the hard drive "WD My Passport Ultra (2TB) " on 16.10.2019. I use it regularly for backups on my HP Spectre x360 notebook.

All my desktop PCs also run Windows 10. The backups are carried out flawlessly and regularly without any problems with the following hard drives:
WD My Passport Ultra (3000GB) since 19.10.2016
WD My Passport (2000GB) since 24.06.2017
WD My Passport (1TB) since 25.11.2018
