Well, that could still be related to the energy-saving mode options. But still the question, because I have already experienced both with identical energy saving options.

Answer

This should be completely normal, for me the colour of the whole LED lighting in the case changes to red for a short time when starting and when switching off and then changes back to the usual colour.
