Question about Corsair iCUE QL120 RGB

The fans have been in operation with me for some time. I have configured them via iCue and it has always worked until now. I have the static colour white for all three fans constantly. However, one LED lights up pink. I have already checked the whole configuration. All parts have been upgraded to the latest update. When I plug the fan into another LED port, the problem is exactly the same. It seems that the LED in the fan has a defect. Has anyone had this problem? Has anyone been able to solve this?

If you mix R=255 G=0 B=255, you get bright pink -> green LEDs broken (probably not controlled, line defect or something)

This is one of the most common problems with these fans. You have to contact the warranty and see what they can do. But so far, at least Digitec has always been very accommodating.
