Question about Viewsonic M1 Mini Plus

The description states: "With built-in smart Wi-Fi connectivity, you can stream and browse from your favourite content providers such as YouTube and Netflix" This does not work on my device coupled with IOS. Also, I can't find a Netflix app. Does anyone have any idea what this could be due to?

You can download both from the App Store on the device. It worked like this for us.

Netflix itself builds in a lock, which didn't work for me either. I now connect the iPhone via an adapter and HDMI cable. That way I can stream any app I want.
