@SonyEuropeBv I bought the headphones for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, she lost one of the earphones. According to the Sony website, I should contact the nearest repair centre. In this case Sertronics seems to be the only choice. I have already had bad experiences with this repair centre. Is there an alternative?

Hi. The best thing you can do is go to the nearest shop and submit your request there or apply for a "chargeable repair". Digitec will then take care of it for you and you only pay the bill for the replacement (if it can be bought separately).
