So the product is great, unfortunately a mishap happened to me and they broke, absolutely my fault, but I had insured them through you as I do pretty much every purchase from you (and I buy a lot from Digitec/Galaxus). The insurance company gave me a link that didn't work for me, I sent an email and got a reply with a questionnaire with OVER 30 QUESTIONS, the effort was so great that I'd rather buy a new product, but I wouldn't insure it through you again. It's absolutely not worth it if the effort is so enormous. What a shame, it used to work really well. (I've used the insurance exactly once in over 5 years).
