Since I want to dissolve my cable through the flat, I would like to connect the Zyxel WAP3205 v3 to my Swisscom TVBox and then intercept the WLAN signals from my Swisscom router which would be located 2 rooms next door, is this possible?

This is probably possible if you switch the Zyxel to client mode. However, reasonably up-to-date Swisscom TV boxes can also use WLAN...
