Samsung's cash-back is a catch-22: 1) The refund procedure is quite dissuasive 2) Then Samsung claimed that I had already received the cashback (which was not true) 3) When I proved this, they triumphantly announced that they would pay me the cashback 4) And then they didn't pay me back at all... 5) Conclusion: in the baba, it's all bullshit! Don't rely on this cash-back to make your choice!
