Question about MSI B450-A PRO MAX
Quick question: If I combine this motherboard with a Ryzen 3600, do I still need to do a BIOs update? If so, is this difficult?(my first PC)

No, the MAX mainboards have the necessary BIOS from the factory. The Ryzen 3600 will work directly.
Hello, yes, I still had to do a BIOS update.....but the mainboard has a function that allows you to do the BIOS update without the CPU. All you have to do is format a USB stick and drag a file onto it....then plug in the USB stick, power the mainboard and press the flash bios button. Have a look at Youtube..there are instructions and alternatively there are instructions in the manual that comes with the mainboard. It's not difficult :) Good luck :D
