Question about Samsung Qe65q7fn

Question for the experts here. I am the proud owner of the QLED QE65Q7FN since yesterday. I have the Swisscom UHD Box and would like to ask which HDMI port you have connected it to from the Connect Box. I have 4 available. At the moment I have it connected to the HDMI ARC port. I also have picture/sound dropouts. Can I use the Club 3 D HDMI 2.0 High purchased from Digitec or is it advisable to use the HDMI cable supplied by Swisscom. You have the best experience here. I have the same TV in operation. However, not in connection with a Swisscom box but with a box from another cable operator. I have connected this to the HDMI2 input. The 4th input where you connected the box is equipped with ARC (Audio Return Channel). This could possibly explain your behaviour. I don't think you need ARC. Try using a different input. You should also use a high-quality HDMI cable. This can cost up to 30 Fr. and is the case with yours. Maybe you should also try a different cable to narrow down the problem.
