What is the difference between the Zoom H1n and the Zoom H1 (V2)?

H1n can overdub, the recording level can be adjusted by a rotary wheel, can be connected to iOS devices, output a level tone,.... The new one is optimised for musicians, poscasters, filmmakers, the old H1 is a simple recording device with the option to serve as a USB mic on the computer.

The only differences are the sampling rate (96kHz vs. 44.10kHz) and the battery size (AAA vs. AA).
