Question about Pure Elan Connect

Pure Elan IR3 was still running yesterday. Now totally blocked. Only displays time, all buttons do not respond. Switching off and unplugging has not helped. Thanks for the help!

Unfortunately, the radio does not have a reset function. Are batteries or rechargeable batteries still inserted? If so, I would remove them and insert fresh ones. If that doesn't help, it seems to be a warranty case.

Yes! Both my Pure internet radios have stopped working ( Elan IR3 and Elan Connect )
They are mains and WiFi network connected OK! I have carried out an update, all is OK!
So I have NO RADIO anyone know what is going on??
