Problem: I have the Icy Box on the iMac with two partitions in RAID1 for a) my music collection and b) Time Machine. Now the playing of music is interrupted again and again, especially when the iMac is making a backup, but also otherwise. What could be the reason for this? Thanks for your help.

The support from Icy Box helped me: Apparently the cable was broken. I have now used the other one supplied and the problem has disappeared.

Good day. I use the unit in 'single' mode, 2 HD with 1TB each.
In Raid 1 mode with sliding backup, the software is reserved with priority for the backup.

I only use it for backups, I never have problems like that. I work with Windows 10 and have 2x Samsung 1TB Raid 1 with the same two hard drives.
