It depends on what kind of RAM you want to install? For example, you can install Hyper X Fury RAM under the cooler without any problems, but it will probably be a bit more difficult if you want to use Trident Z RAM, for example.
You can also install only the cooler between the two passive coolers and leave the one outside.
