I think not. The diameter of the keycap's base seems to be significantly larger compared to the Cherry MX Switch/Keycap - https://cdn3.digitalartsonline.co.uk/cmsdata..., for example.
It therefore depends on the stretchability of the silencer - with the Cherry MX Switch/Keycap, it is hardly stretched at all.
