Our printer always prints a light stripe with the colour cyan. The strange thing is that the error only occurs with this colour. The stripe doesn't go across the whole page, but only in cyan. I have already replaced the toner with a new one, but the problem persists. Does anyone know a solution? @Customer Service: Can we exchange the machine? The warranty is still valid.
