Of course the board has Gen5 M.2 slots, always trust the manufacturer's specifications and not those of the seller.

The Gen5 M2 is connected to the CPU M.2 slot (the top M.2 slot) and therefore has the full bandwidth, a second Gen5 M.2 makes no sense, as it is only connected via the chipset and therefore does not have the full support of the CPU.
