My patio door also has a door handle on the outside (but without a closing function), so you can open the door if the handle is not locked from the inside. Is it possible to control the closing function from the outside by radio or just to operate the door handle, because that alone would be of no use to me?
This will not work with your patio door. The motor turns the door handle open or closed on the inside, but does not lock the handle itself. It can be locked, but only from the inside by pressing the button or with the enclosed key.
Yes, there is a radio control that activates the automatic closing mechanism inside when operated from the outside. Must be ordered separately. This is also available with a numerical code.
