The only problem I've found is exporting the journeys in a format that can be used by google map or Wikiloc, for example.

The watch actually does that on its own, do you have your mobile in English or do you live in America or wherever this filthy mph system is used?

I haven't found anything in the settings now, I think the watch takes over the settings from the mobile phone it is paired with.
