Meanwhile, there are TVs with eARC both the Sony OLED XR55A90J and the LG OLED55C17, but I can't put the Sonos ARC in front of/underneath any TV without it not being in the picture. Do I need to buy a separate stand? If so, which one? Or is there another solution? Wall mounting does not work for me.

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. In my case, the sonos arc lies on the base of the Samsung TV and does not come into the picture. Is the base of your TV low enough for the sonos to come into the picture?
