Love this projector but recently the picture is sometimes grey for 5-6 seconds and then back to colour. Does anyone have the same problem?

Mine with approx. 12 operating hours so far no problems.

This is certainly not normal. Mine has run flawlessly so far. I think it's more likely to be an electronics fault.
